Your order triggers a fresh roast. Your beans are typically roasted and shipped within one to two business days. You receive a tracking notification and a bag of coffee that smells like it was roasted yesterday, because it more or less was.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, with no penalties and no multi-step obstacle course. You can pause your subscription for one or more months if you're traveling, already stocked up, or just need a break. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged for the following month. We're a coffee company, not a gym membership.
Q: When does my coffee ship after I subscribe?
Your order triggers the roast. Beans are typically roasted and shipped within one to two business days of your order or renewal date. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking notification. Transit time depends on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within two to five business days of shipping.
Q: Is the subscription price lower than buying individual bags?
Yes. The $38.99/month two-bag subscription represents a better per-bag rate than purchasing two bags individually at single-purchase pricing. The subscription is the better deal, and you also get the convenience of automatic delivery. We'd call it a no-brainer but we don't want to suggest you stop using your brain.
