United We Brew is a post-roast blend, meaning we roast the medium and dark beans separately to their individual peaks and then combine them. The medium beans bring brightness and balance. The dark beans bring depth and body. Together they make something neither could produce alone.
This is exactly how a functional coalition works. And if you don't want to push the metaphor, it's also just an excellent cup of coffee for drip brewing, Aeropress, or a thermos you carry to a meeting where you're trying to get things done.
